ANAWANGIN

Been to Anawangin before October ended. It was my first time. I've been hearing a lot of this place - the beautiful view, the pine trees, the lake, mountains that surrounds the beach and how relaxing the place is - all good things I must say. Their stories excites me and wanted so much to experience the place. So when someone invited me to come, I said YES!

The place was indeed wonderful. If you are a nature lover, you'll definitely enjoy being there. Anawangin is very popular to the mountaineering community and photographers. They are the peeps whom I kept on hearing stories about this place. And by the way, Anawangin will bring you back to basics. The place doesn't have electricity, signal and you will need to bring a tent and camp if you want to stay overnight as there are no resorts available. Cool, right?

The place deserves to be called a Paradise. Too bad it was a little crowded when we went there because of the long weekend I guess. But the place did not fail to amuse me. I would still love to go back there and explore the place more.

TEAM BUILDING

I recently transferred from one team to another. I am handling another set of team right now, some were tenured and some were new. I have to admit that it was kinda hard at first to get to know each and one of them. Though some were already under me and there were familiar faces as well, but still, getting know everyone is the hardest part. Not only me, even my agents are not comfortable with one another. So we decided to have a team building, a perfect time to bond and know one another. True enough, this event made everyone feel comfortable and felt that they are in a team. Though this team building was done by last minute preparations, it still served it's purpose.

And now they are asking for another team building, this time, we need to really plan on it. LOL!

BEACH BUMS

When: October 15-16, 2011

Another late post...

Had my team building at Bataan like 2 weeks ago. Me and Slice did our thing while at the beach and those are sun bathing and pictures. LOL! That's how we always are at the beach. Fun, fun fun!

'Cause every little thing gonna be alright..

WHERE I WANT TO BE

On the beach is where I want to be. I want to walk along the shore, feel the sand under my feet as the ocean breeze hits my face and the hot sun kissing my skin. I love everything about it. I so miss being there!

BEAUTIFUL SUNSET

I have always love sunsets, it's my favorite time of the day. I find sunset more beautiful when I'm at the beach. I simply can't resist taking photos of it all over again. Looking at the sunset makes you feel at ease, there's something magical in it that I can't figured out what. One thing I am certain - PEACE is seeing a sunset and knowing WHO to thank.

It is almost impossible to watch a sunset and not dream.

BEACH WEDDING

When we went to Puka Beach, we have witnessed a beach wedding of two couples. They don't have much guests, I only saw a few. It is very solemn and sweet. They were so kind that they wave into us and let us took photos of them during the wedding ceremony. I have always love beach weddings, I find it so romantic. If ever I'll get married again (but to a right man this time.. LOL!), I would want a beach wedding too.

BORACAY 2011

Some photos from our Boracay trip. Stress-free, lazy days, relaxing view, party till dawn, beers, all fun... It is indeed a vacation! If I can just be on vacation mode forever... LOL!

What's with the song? It's being played there all through out our stay that we suddenly kept on singing into it...

It's not about the money, money, money
We don't need your money, money, money
We just wanna make the world dance
Forget about the price tag...

PUERTO GALERA 2011

As I've mentioned in my previous posts, our Galera trip was accompanied by the storm "Bebeng". We missed the sun so much, but still, we enjoyed each other's company and our stay there. The video above were some photos on that trip. On our 1st night there was when the rain started to pour and the nearest bar then played Katy Perry's FIREWORKS and the crowd just started to go crazy. It's raining and all, people drinking, dancing and partying like no one's watching. Though I haven't seen much sun on that beach experience, it was still fun and memorable. :)

HONEYOSH PHOTOGRAPHY

These pictures were taken by Slice with her Nikon D90. Honeyosh is her watermark. I love the stolen shots. Especially the 2nd photo, it looks like a paparazzi shot. Uhmm, please let me dream. LOL! I thanked Slice for being so patient on taking pictures of me. Oh well, I am just doing the same for her. Quits! Haha.

RAINY AND WINDY BEACH EXPERIENCE

As stated in my previous post, I'll be going back to Puerto Galera. I did, together with friends. We went there Saturday morning. We didn't expect that this Galera trip will be accompanied by the typhoon "Bebeng". It was a rainy and windy experience at the beach.

The rain started Saturday night, all was still good and having fun with all the open bars that night. We thought that sun will show up the next day but the rain keeps on going. Majority of my friends (Che, Djhaye, Popz, Shayne and Lois) decided to go home Sunday afternoon though it keeps on raining and the wind is just unpredictable. Me and Slice stayed and planned to go home Monday morning, we were with Kuya Dennis and family who plans to leave as well on Monday. It was raining all through out that Sunday and wind were so strong that we all felt afraid even for just a walk outside.

We woke up early on Monday to prepare our things so we can go home. It was already sunny but still windy, that means the waves will go crazy. Our boat ride is at 10:15am, but with all those people who extended their stay and would go home that day too, all boats were jam-packed and we were able to have the 12:30pm boat ride to Batangas Port.

The waves are too big which gives difficulty to the boat that were riding. There was something wrong with the boat that time, and I think the boatmen were just not saying it to avoid panicking for all the people out there. We were stuck at the middle of the sea for quite long while the crew were trying to fix something. When it was fixed, we were sent to the nearest beach resort and waited for another boat to fetch us.

That beach experience was so tiring. I always felt relax whenever I'm at the beach but not this one. It was so stressful! But of course you still need to look ways how to have fun, I just can't let myself be taken away by boredom. It would just be nice if it didn't rain at all. I missed the heat of sun at the beach. :(

* Taking photos while we were stranded at the other resort
and waiting for the next boat to rescue us. LOL! *

* A windy effect photos of me at the rooftop of the hotel
that we're staying. Haha! *

Will I still go back at Puerto Galera? Uhmmmmm. Let's see. LOL!

SOAK UP THE SUN

Oh yeah! Summer is here, my favorite time of the year. It seems that the gossip is not true at all. Just like what I said at my post RAINY SUMMER =(, I don't think it will be true after all. Because I can already feel the heat of sunshine as early as now. I am looking forward spending some summer weekends more at the beach. There's nothing like laying on the beach and soaking up the sun. Oh summer, you've been greatly missed - can't wait spending the coming days with you!

MY SHOTS

Spent last weekend at the beach. The main reason why we spent our weekends there is to have a pre-nuptial photo shoot of my colleague's sister. My colleague, her cousin and me brought our cameras to take photos of the couple. We we're not professionals, we just ask them to strike a pose then take a shot. We brought some props as well to make it more artistic. LOL! A beginner like me who doesn't know much what settings to use had a hard time taking beautiful photos. The photos at the slideshow were my shots, I find them nice (coz it's my work, of course! heehee), but it still needs a lot of improvement. I would really like to learn how to take pictures from my cam, what to do with the settings or what not. Patience, please stay with me. *SIGH*

BEACH SPELL

Tomorrow -

the sea will casts it's spell again on me and would feel

mesmerized
enchanted
amazed
bewildered
dazed
enthralled
fascinated

it'll be fine if I would have to stay there
and be under that spell all my life!

Can't wait for tomorrow.....

WISHING I COULD STAY

Atlas! Beach. My sweet escape, the place that I would always want to be. Being there helps me get back to 'ME'. It never failed to enliven the individuality in me. Whenever I am at the beach, things around me were simply in a state of tranquility. I will never get weary of that place.

Though I am with my team, I still had my 'Me Alone Time'. I walked alone at the shore in the morning and afternoon, enjoying the fresh breeze of air, took photos of whatever catches my eye. Being at the beach makes me loosen up with all the chaos in reality and just simply indulge with all those wonderful views.

* We did go for island hopping and being on those places just makes me forget about reality.

* In the morning, that's the time when the water is lowest or more known as low tide, that's why you could see a lot of rocks.

* Before we went home, I had my walk in the afternoon while the sun is at it's hottest, I am loving how the sunlight touches my skin.

Wishing I could stay there for long...
